PTFE Tapes, Fabrics, Belts & Silicon Rubber

PTFE

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a high-quality synthetic fluoropolymer that provides numerous applications. PTFE is most commonly known by the DuPont brand name Teflon. PTFE comprises the properties and behavior of fluorocarbons. Therefore, water and water-containing substances like most foods have no effect on PTFE. PTFE is famous for being used in bulletproof vests because of its high tensile strength and resistance to wear and tear. Manufacturing this is simpler compared to manufacturing high-quality metal alloys and hence is more preferred to metals for the production of quality equipment.

Acetal is chemically resistant to hydrocarbons, solvents, and neutral chemicals thus making it ideal to manufacture parts that build a machine. It won’t be susceptible to rust either.

PVC

Polyvinyl chloride, (IUPAC Poly(chloroethanediyl)) usually curtailed PVC, is a thermoplastic polymer. Polyvinyl chloride is the third most used plastic, after polyethylene and polypropylene. Compared to Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene Sheet displays greater rigidity particularly in the upper service temperature range ( up to +100 degrees C ). it’s key characteristics also include excellent chemical resistance, good long term properties when exposed to various substance and high stress crack resistance.

Polyethylenes

Polyesters
