PVC

To name a few, PVC is used in the manufacturing of blocks, manifolds, connectors, spouts, elbows, synthetic safe spouts, clipping components, tanks, vessels, chemical bunds, nooks, rage cupboards, compound ducting, sprinkle covers, synthetic valve bodies, and synthetic plate.

Nylon

Heap-drivers are protected from all kinds of metal-to-metal damage with the utilization of Nycast 6PA MP pad cushions shield. They play a key role in serving the purpose of kick the bucket block, valve seat, and different applications.

Venlon 6GN

Venlon6GN has a high-impact resistance property. Thus, Venlon 6GN has proven to most effective as the J-bars for the lumber plant’s handling Conveyor.


We deploy the quality monomer cast Nylon from Cast Nylons limited (US) for all designing parts. With the collaborative plying of CNC machining, we reap beneficial advantages for the company’s best interests.

Venboard 3B

We use Venboard 3B (HDPE) blocks in automobiles as a super-efficient shock absorber.

The properties of Venboard 3B (HDPE) are comparable to that of steel, but with lightweight and non-destructive features, Venboard 3B leads the race.

The size of the automobile is not an issue, the sole aim is to provide the inside under-plating as a good alternative to steel.

Venlon 6GB

Well proven application for Venlon 6Gb (Monomer Cast Nylon with MoS2 internal lubricant), used in a forklift cable pulleys. High impact and fatigue resistance,

 

coupled with high load capacity and long life in an external applications, make Venlon 6Gb a very cost effective yet versatile material to be used. It could be used as cable pulley or in any other generic roller applications, within a forklift and other material handling applications industry.

Venboard 3B

Venboard 3B (HDPE) blocks used as an anti-rattling packers in the automotive industry.

 

Specifically for the support function within under tray assembly in medium to large vehicle. Light weight, cost effective, non corrosive and easily installed option to steel.
